Different organisations will certainly have a variety of definitions on the team, however, all organisations have a purpose: ie. WHY the organisation exists.

All members of such organisation should:

👉🏻 Be fully aware of that purpose
👉🏻 Have alignment on how, what they do, contribute to that purpose.

How does that answer the question? Ponder for a minute, what is the difference between passengers on a bus and astronauts inside a space shuttle? 🚍🧑🏻‍🚀
