Client Background

WilliamsLeaTag is now re-branded as Tag, a multinational global leader in Marketing Execution and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with 10,000+ worldwide employees but previously only client service teams based in Korea. Due to business growth and expansion of APAC region, client decided to recruit a full-time BD Director to build out the Korean business and leverage partnerships with global Korean clients.

RDI Permanent Hiring Engagement

Our local team has a diverse background which brings different perspectives to hiring unique positions for global companies in Korea. Especially if the role is newly created then there are no obvious direct sources that can be utilised. RDI’s approach was to seek a broad range of candidates possessing the global client experience as well as B2B end-to-end client solutions in a marketing context. We used direct and indirect channels to source suitable candidates.

Successful Result

We were able to shortlist a strong batch of candidates who met the client’s criteria and as
always, almost every one was invited for interview. We believe that providing only the
right candidates is best for our clients. After successful interview process by Regional
Management a final offer was made to one candidate who accpeted and RDI supported
both candidate and client until everything was complete.
